History: The brewery officially started in 2015 by the owners of the Cobra Lounge, including notable Chicago entrepreneur Sean McKeough. McKeough also was a co-organizer of the famous Riot Fest festival held in Chicago until his untimely passing in 2016. The brewing is named “All Rise” to celebrate the working class, community driven area that it is always been and welcomes everyone.

Brewpub: The brewpub is connected to a large music venue, bar, and restaurant. The music venue has its heart in the punk rock scene, and the brewpub encapsulates it. Dark and cozy, the inside makes a perfect place to take refuge from Chicago winter, and they have a patio to enjoy the summer sun. The food menu is pretty simple and consists of items typically found in upscale bar menus, such as burgers and sandwiches.

Beer: They rotate 12 beers on draft with seasonality in mind. The names often have ties into the music scene, which fits the location. Regularly in the rotation, Three Orange Wit, a strong white ale, is a delicious powerful wit beer at 7.2%.
