TOUR GUIDE

Do you like beer? Do you love Chicago?  Do you LOVE people?  Can you command a group of people, where you educate, lead, and have fun?  If yes, apply now to be one of our Tour Guides!

We seek highly passionate and empathetic people as Tour Guides. We typically hire in the winter, but also may hire qualified individuals at other times based on need and fit. Tour Guide positions are part-time and/or on-call. Applicants must possess strong leadership abilities, charisma, a great sense of humor, excellent communication skills and a deep passion for Chicago and its beer.  YOU MUST LOVE PEOPLEPlease note that we are NOT affiliated with other tour companies, including Chicago Food Planet Food Tours, although we love them, too!

Leading a beer tour combines quick thinking, sophisticated storytelling and leading people from one location to the next. We provide you all the training and get you up to speed on knowledge of Chicago history and its incredible beers. Once you’re up and leading a beer tour, you’ll be flabbergasted that you’re getting paid for something so ridiculously fun and rewarding. If you think you have the improv and herding skills required, then please apply as soon as possible!

We provide the training, so don’t worry if you don’t feel like you are an expert on Chicago or beer.  As long as you love both, you’ll be fine!
